As an IT project manager you will lead the project team for ‘International HR Compensation’. The scope of the project is the implementation of internationally harmonized Compensation policy and processes in a central HR system (SAP SuccessFactors). Organization scope is 8 entities in The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and the UK. The project focuses currently on the international harmonization of processes, data and policies of Compensation (with local differentiation on legislation/ regulations and CLA’s). As a project manager you will lead the implementation phase of the project. The key deliverables of the project are; Implementation of the Talent management system (SAP SuccessFactors) module Compensation to support the internationally harmonized process of: Yearly salary review process (incl. salary budget); Collective promotions process & policies; Collective result sharing; A harmonized bonus scheme; Includes: test coordination UAT; Documentation and hand-over to functional and technical support; Implement international process for Salary review, Bonus and Promotions; Coordinating the decision on (de)centralizing the Compensation expertise and the support on the compensation processes (annual cycle for Salary review, Bonus, promotions) and design and implement the HR operating model for the Compensation domain. Several (C&B) HR experts from different entities (/countries) will work in your project team. You will work in close collaboration with the implementation partner for the Compensation module in SAP SuccessFactors.
