The Lead Engineer will oversee multiple projects and manage a team of 10-15 team members that responsible for the design process from concept to detail. You will also execute new requests, maintain positive client relationships, and make crucial decisions in designing structural and mechanical installation tools for on- and offshore construction projects. The role requires both hard and soft skills, provide daily guidance, personal coaching and professional development to team members.
