Europa Worldwide Group is seeking an Export Operator to join our team in Rotterdam!
As an Export Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient service to and from Europe. You will work closely with our European Distribution Partners, controlling their business to the UK and ensuring that Europa’s business is operated in the most cost-effective manner and delivered to our customers’ expectations.
*Our ideal candidate …*
* Is a driven and confident individual with a background in customer service or operations.
* Previous experience within transport and logistics is ideal, but not essential.
* You will need strong time management and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritise and proactively deal with situations using your initiative.
*In this role you will be…*
* Responsible for preparing export declarations and ensuring the travelling manifest and customs documents are 100% accurate.
* Managing any discrepancies and communicating delays and operational issues with relevant stakeholders.
